Responsible for fixing all types of electrical and electronics faults in Japanese electronic machines.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in Shima Seiki knitting machines.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues related to power supplies, circuit boards, and other electrical components.
- Repair CPU card
- PCB Board repairing
- Main Servo driver repair - Mitsubishi
- Racking Servo
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electronics Repair Technician
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing power supplies and circuit boards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software used in electronics repair.
- Familiarity with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems and industrial automation.
