We are a rapidly growing Australian-owned apparel manufacturer located in Biyagama EPZ. The Management Trainee program is designed for top-performing individuals who are looking to fast-track their careers and become the next generation of leaders within our organization. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain a thorough understanding of our business and operations. You will be rotated through various departments, gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation of knowledge and skills that will prepare you for future leadership roles.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Participate in a structured training program designed to develop
leadership and management skills
* Rotate through various departments, learning about the different
functions and responsibilities of each
* Work on real projects and initiatives, applying what you have learned to
make a meaningful contribution to the organization
* Build relationships and network with key stakeholders across the company
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to take on increasing
levels of responsibility
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Those who stay close to the factory will be given priority during the
selection process
