Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead a team of production workers to ensure they meet production goals and quality standards.

- Monitor and control production processes to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

- Schedule production shifts and assign tasks to team members.

- Train and mentor new employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance, to ensure smooth production flow.

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
