We are seeking a motivated Trainee Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the apparel industry. As a Trainee Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within our organization while gaining hands-on experience in managing and supervising daily operations.
Responsibilities

- Assist in overseeing daily operations within the apparel production facility. \n
- Learn and understand the production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols. \n
- Monitor and guide the work of production line staff to ensure timely completion of tasks. \n
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards. \n
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions. \n
- Assist in training and mentoring new employees to ensure their successful integration into the team. \n
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, efficiency, and quality metrics. \n
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations. \n
