SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT
The product development team can quickly turn our client’s knitwear visions into a reality.
WAREHOUSE
We hold over 200 colours of stock yarn. It also adjoins the Knitting department for enhanced production flow.
KNITTING DEPARTMENT
Using our state-of-the-art computerised flatbed knitting machines which can knit from very coarse to extremely fine knit structures.
SUBLIMATION DEPARTMENT
The state of the art sublimation department uses the latest and most modern sublimation equipment enabling Elegant to product high-quality sublimated products.
MAKEUP DEPARTMENT
To give our clients the greatest flexibility, we have both traditional linking and also cut and sew lines so that complicated hybrid designs can be manufactured within the same facility. Elegant has a strict policy not to subcontract any work so that complete control of the process is maintained.
EMBROIDERY DEPARTMENT
Our inhouse embroidery department enables us to ensure our quality is fully controlled. It also allows Elegant to offer enhanced bespoke embroidery options to our customers such as individual name monogramming on sweaters.
